Model Consent Release Forms

I couldn't find any model consent release forms on Massey University's website so I am going to use this one:

It says on their website:

"The following contracts and forms may be used by all New Zealand photographers, including AIPA non-members."

Finding Models With Scars

I posted on the Facebook group 'Vic Deals' asking for people with scars who were willing to volunteer to be photographed. Within 30 minutes I had over 100 comments on my post and 67 private messages from people who really wanted to participate. I asked them all to send me images of their scars so that I could determine if they were appropriate for my project; I didn't want facial scars as I don't want to show faces in my series and I also wanted to rule out people with very small scars. I narrowed it down to 21 people who had large scars, although I am sure that I will probably not end up photographing all of these people due to scheduling conflicts, people pulling out etc.
