I was looking to see if there was any way to manually turn down the flash on a Sony a55 camera so that I might be able to still use my own camera for studio photoshoots and I found an adjustment option called 'Flash Compensation'. I tried it out and found that it did really affect the amount of light in the images produced. I will have to try turning it down to -2 for my next photoshoot.
